Pray for current work being done by Seed Company to translate the New Testament into the heart language of the Ngiri.
Ask God to make a way to reach isolated villages in this vast and heavily forested area.

Thank the Lord with the
Herrons for the Past Week
We Praise God for:
Traveling grace for the Herrons during the past week as
we:
Traveled in the Savannah,
Georgia area.
Traveled from Richmond Hill,
Georgia to Freeburg, Illinois
We thank God for the
provision and the opportunities for visiting with our children and
grandchildren in Georgia.
Getting to know better our
grandchildren by spending a month with them in our home and theirs.
We thank God for keeping us
in good physical, emotional and spiritual health.
We thank God for the work
Austin is doing in Uganda as he coordinates ministry activities on the islands while
we are stateside.
The way our islands Pastor
have been able to minister to their communities using different methods.
We thank God for Ministry
Team travel to Sigulu Island 16th-19th August and their
distribution of food to 200 families and the positive reports received as a
result of that trip.
We thank God for their safe travel to and from Sigulu
Island.
That they did not have problem with officials as they traveled
and distributed the
food.

24th—30th August 2020
Pray for our travel this week
James and Sonya
travels throughout Metro-East and surrounding area this week.
Pray that we have more opportunities to connect with
pastors in the Metro-East and Southern Illinois area about international
missions.
Pray for the Island Ministry Team as our leadership team as
they meet later this week.
That all our priorities are directed
by God
We have insight from the Holy Spirit
and our plans to resume ministry
Continue to pray for Austin as he plans and work with the
Island Ministry Team leaders this week.
Continue to pray for the people who have been displaced by
the rising waters of Lake Victoria.
Pray for the people of Buvuma Island District because of
the rising level of Lake Victoria and the restrictions placed on travel from
the islands to the mainland.
Pray that God give us insight and wisdom to make wise
decisions to the Island Ministry Team as they engage in ministering on the
island again even though I will be stateside until January 2021.
Pray for our families in the USA
Sonya mother,
Mary Sutton, in a nursing home in Cleveland, Ohio.
