Praise and Prayer Request for the Week of 05th—11 December      

Thank the Lord with the Herrons for the Past Weeks 

                                              (We Praise God For)
  • For traveling grace for the Herrons as they travel last week:
    • Around Jinja Town, Kyinda Landing Site 
    • Our travel to Pallissa District and back to Jinja  
  • We thank God for the our visit to Pallissa on Friday-Sunday 2nd—4th December when we distributed the Food Relief to those suffering from a year drought and short supply of food to Palissa District Uganda.  
    • Our securing the food, trucks workers to distributed 150 100 kilogram of food, bean; Posha, and millet  
    • The discipleship and evangelistic message to over 200 person at Olok Baptist Church on Friday. 
    • We thank God for smoothly distributing emergency food to over 600 people in three distribution points  
    • We thank God for opportunities to worship and preach/teach at three different churches Sunday morning
  • We thank God for our Ugandan leaders we have working with us in reaching then islands with the Word of God
  • Thanks God for approval for Kiyinji Church being approved to have their church construction started in January 2017. 
  • We praise the Lord for caring for our family in Uganda and America 
  • Our continual improvement in language learning Luganda  
Pray for the Herrons This Week
05th—11th December

  • Our continual efforts to secure US VISA for Madison (They are now processing applications from September 2015) 
    • Pray that we will soon receive information concerning her immigration hearing 
    • Our need to travel to the US for this hearing
  • Continue to pray for disaster relief effort in Pallissa District because of drought and crop failure
    • Continue to pray for Eastern Uganda alone with Pallissa District as we endure suffering form a one year drought 
    • Pray that T4T Bible groups are developed as a results of our distributing of food
    • Continue to pray for our efforts to introduction “Farming God’s Way” to the people of Pallissa Districts as a result of our involvement with the food relief project
  • Pray for our family in the USA 
    • Our three sons and their families  
    • Our five grandchildren 
    • The Sutton Family 
    • Our siblings and their families 
    • Our being away from our families during the holiday seasons  
  • Pray for our continual efforts to provide follow-up work in assisting our pastors/church leaders start new Bible Study Groups in their churches and also in their homes of members 
  • The Ugandan Children/Youth Ministry members who were trained to begin to applying what they learn in their respective village/islands and we see new Bible groups develop 
  • Pray that the training results in new Bible Study Groups in the near future
  • Our commitment to language learning 
    • Our commitment to sharing Christ in Luganda this week 
    • Our witness to our Language teacher
