Thank
the Lord with the Herrons for the Past Three Weeks
We Praise God for:
o We thank God for safety as we traveled around Jinja in
the surrounding area during the past three weeks
o Madison travel to and from school during this time
o James and Austin’s travel to and from Jinja to Kyanja Village, Buziri discipleship training for
those who made decision for Christ during the mission team from Illinois 19th
-23rd February
o
Our travel to Kembo
Baptist Church, Buvuma Island

We thank God for the
twelve-three Pastors and Church Leaders who participated in the
Preaching/Teaching What and Why We Believe the Bible Teaches.
·
We praise God for
the Leadership Team desire to faithfully serve Christ and the people of the
islands
o Their commitment to reading the Bible as a ministry team
to be able to mentor and assist our pastors spend more time in the Word of God
o Their desire to lead our pastors in preaching the Baptist
Faith and Message to better understand with the Bible say and to build a
foundation to reaching and teaching the peoples of the islands
o There desire in teaching and training our pastors and
leaders to understanding and applying God’s Word to the lives of the island’s
believers
· We thank God for His faithfulness, provisions and
protection in our lives during the past
week

on Monday to plan for a mission team traveling to Sigulu Island later this
month.

Pray for our meeting
with the Pastors from Sigulu Island as we finalize plans for the team from
Gardendale FBC visit on 16th—19th March.
·
Pray for the logistics
of transporting tools, seeds, supplies and equipment to Sigulu Island,
o
25 pastors and
Church leaders who will attend this training.
o
Pray for Austin and
me as we teach What the Bible Teaches Wednesday-Sunday
o
Pray that we are led
by the Holy Spirit as we prepare to teach the pastors and church leaders.
o
Pray for our
regional Leaders who will be assisting with the teaching our pastors and church
leaders
o
Pray for the other
believers to disciple the new believers who made a decision for Christ during
the visits of Skip and Alan Lee from O’Fallon FBC 16th—23 March.
